Edenware products are licensed under a Lifetime License model. This means:
Upon purchase and activation of a license key, Edenware grants you a non-exclusive license to use the software on a single device at a time, or as specified in your license agreement. The license may be transferred or resold as described in section 8.

If your license key is compromised or used without authorization, contact Edenware support immediately. We reserve the right to deactivate compromised license keys.

Updates and upgrades are provided at Edenware's discretion and may require reactivation of your license key.
You may transfer or resell your license. The account panel at edenware.app/hub/account provides a transfer flow: it hands the key over to another person's account and releases the machine that was activated, so the new holder can activate it on their own computer. Edenware may also transfer a license on request, for example after a hardware failure. A key may not be published publicly or sold to more than one end user.

The following terms are applicable to any products you have purchased from us.
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days for any of the following reasons:
The deadline for canceling an Order is 7 days from the date on which you received the Goods or on which a third party you named, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Your license may be terminated if:
Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the software and delete all copies from your devices.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the software, including all intellectual property rights, remain the exclusive property of Edenware. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the software.
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In no event shall Edenware be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the software.
Edenware reserves the right to modify these license terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to license holders via email or through the software's update mechanism. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
