By installing, copying, or using the Snapcover software ("Software"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
Edenware grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Snapcover for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
Snapcover may be offered under a one-time lifetime activation. Unless otherwise stated, the license covers the current version and any updates.
The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title and interest remain with Edenware.
Edenware may provide updates, improvements, or changes at its discretion. Some updates may be subject to additional terms.
Snapcover operates locally and does not transmit personal data off the user's device unless explicitly indicated and with clear consent.
The Software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Use at your own risk.
In no event shall Edenware be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, except as required by law.
This license is effective until terminated. Edenware may terminate the license if you violate its terms. Upon termination, cease use of the Software and destroy all copies.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil.
